We provide a limited warranty on parts and labour, with terms printed on every invoice. Warranty repairs are scheduled within one business day of your call and completed without charge if the original repair failed. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through and documented.

A shuttle to a local destination is included when you have a scheduled appointment. Loaner vehicles are limited — ask when booking if a loaner is required and we will confirm availability before your appointment day.

Labour is based on published times for each job type — you pay the standard time regardless of whether our technician is faster or slower. Parts are priced at our cost plus a margin disclosed on request. We do not charge a supply fee or shop fee on top of the line-item total.
